Older property, staff was attentive but not proactive
The staff was terrible they had children under age working
Rooms were so clean and food was awesome.
I liked the beds, and the staff
Well the sink was clogged up
It is 100 yards from the railroad tracks. I kid you not, there were probably 13-17 trains that came thru from 10pm to 7am.
The staff was super friendly.
Nothing bad, a typical experience for a Day's Inn. Nothing super nice or clean, but nothing dirty. Amenities very basic, mattress uncomfortable and firm...although I like a firm mattress, I could not get comfortable on this one. Again, very typical of a second tier hotel. I would stay there again for the money.
The friendliness of the staff at this trying time for me. I was up to bury me father in Alabama. My previous visit 2 months ago in October was to bury mu mother in Alabama. Everyone was very nice and gave their sympathy to me.
The distance to the office from the rooms.
Everything was great from the cleanliness of the room to the complimentary breakfast .
The card to the door stops working at 10:30am, so we were not able to get back in the room to collect the rest of our belongings. Also, the toilet was broke.
